It’s 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday morning. You open your calendar and immediately see that the day is starting differently than planned. A meeting needs to be rescheduled, an urgent request has come in, and colleagues are waiting for your input. Meanwhile, two executives are preparing for a full day of meetings and decision-making. For you, this isn’t a disruption to your schedule—it’s an opportunity to make a difference. You maintain an overview, determine what takes priority, and ensure that the right people are in contact with each other at the right time. As the day unfolds, you stay calm and keep everything under control.
