This is us
At Waterschap Noorderzijlvest, more than 300 colleagues work on waterproofing the future, clean, healthy, and treated , and sufficient water in every season. Our region part of Groningen, North and Central Drenthe, and a small part of Friesland. Our head office is located in Groningen. In addition, colleagues work at various workshops, pumping stations sewage treatment plants in our region. For example, in Leek, Onderdendam, Lauwerzijl, and Garmerwolde.

And within the water authority, you'll also work with many different specialisms. Working together and helping each other to achieve the desired solution is an important part of the water authority's DNA. You'll get a lot of freedom and responsibility with us. Where possible, you can organise your own work and working hours. And there's room for your own initiatives and approach.
