Contractor ADS Group builds new wastewater treatment plant in Gaarkeuken
The Noorderzijlvest Water Authority is constructing a new sewage treatment plant in Gaarkeuken. This will eventually replace the old plants in Marum, Gaarkeuken, and Zuidhorn. The contractor for the construction of the new sewage treatment plant in Gaarkeuken has been announced: ADS Groep from Goor in Overijssel.
Consideration for local residents
This year, ADS Group will start working on the design and permit applications. Local residents can contribute their ideas on how to integrate the facility into the landscape. Construction of the new sewage treatment plant will start in 2024.
