Key points

• The weather is calm. The water levels in our watercourses have been brought down to the lower winter level. This creates more space to collect the precipitation that is still to come.
• In November, there was slightly more precipitation than usual; it was wetter, especially in the Westerkwartier region.
• From the weekend of 6 December, the chance of precipitation will increase again.
