The meetings of the general board are open to everyone. The meetings are held on Wednesday evenings at the water board office in Groningen. The general board meets 16 times a year.
Meeting documents are required for a meeting in which the general board makes decisions. These meeting documents contain information about what the general board will be deciding on.
The board makes decisions during regular general board meetings. In addition, there are also informative general board meetings. During these meetings, the board receives information.

Participation during meetings
You can speak at a general board meeting. This means that you can express your opinion on a topic at a pre-arranged time during the meeting.
