The meetings of the Board of Directors open to everyone. The meetings are held on Wednesday evenings at the water-authority office in Groningen. The Board of Directors meets 16 times a year.
A meeting at which the Board of Directors takes decisions comes with meeting documents. In these meeting documents you can read the issues the Board of Directors will be deciding on.

You can have your say at a meeting of the Board of Directors. This means that you can express your opinion on a topic at a pre-arranged time during the meeting.
