The course of our water

In a large part of Groningen, in north and central Drenthe, and in a small part of Friesland, we contribute to waterproofing the future, work to ensure clean, healthy, and treated water, and provide enough water in every season. We see that water will claim even more space. That requires us to adapt. Working together to allow water to penetrate further into the area than just the watercourses managed by the water authority. Accepting that a changing climate can lead to more frequent nuisance. And knowing that the water authority works every day to keep our area 'climate-ready'.
