The course of our water

In a large part of Groningen, in North and Central Drenthe, and in a small part of Friesland, we contribute to safe living with water, work to provide clean, healthy, and purified water, and ensure sufficient water in every season. We see that water will claim even more space. That requires us to adapt. Working together to allow water to penetrate further into the area than just the waterways managed by the water board. Accepting that a changing climate can lead to more frequent nuisance. And knowing that the water board works every day to keep our area 'climate-ready'.
