Elze Reitsema appointed as managing director at Noorderzijlvest
On Wednesday, September 11, Elze Reitsema (36) from Groningen was appointed as a member of the executive committee of the Noorderzijlvest Water Authority.
On July 16, 2024, Reitsema was nominated by the Water Natuurlijk political party as the temporary replacement for executive director Arie van Wijk. Van Wijk will be absent for an extended period due to illness.
Elze Reitsema has been involved with the Water Natuurlijk Noorderzijlvest political party since 2016. She initially served in a supporting role (supporting party) and, since 2019, as an elected AB member and party chair. Denny Boersma will take over as chair of the Water Natuurlijk party.
