High water levels, particularly in the southern part of our working area
There has been a considerable amount of precipitation in a short period of time today.
Local flooding
Over the past few hours, 30 mm of rain has fallen. This has caused flooding, particularly in the southern part of our working area. Weirs have been lowered and pumping stations are running to drain off the excess water. We are doing our utmost to prevent local flooding. This does take some time. We will, of course, remain alert.
