Introduction of the Environment Act: documents available for inspection
The entry into force of the Environment Act has been postponed until July 1, 2023. In order to be ready for the new legislation, the Noorderzijlvest Water Authority is now taking a number of formal steps.
Documents available for inspection
On October 4, 2022, the executive committee adopted a number of (draft) documents containing policy and regulations. These documents are interrelated in the run-up to the introduction of the Environment Act.
It concerns:
- Draft Water Authority Regulation 2023
- Draft Water Management Works 2023
- Draft Maintenance Schedule 2023
- Draft memorandum on licensing policy 2023
- Draft policy memorandum on ecologically vulnerable waters 2023
These documents can be viewed online. Interested parties can submit their opinions from October 6 through November 17.
