Introduction of Environment and Planning Act: documents available for inspection
The effective date of the Environment and Planning Act postponed until July 1, 2023. To prepare for the new legislation, Noorderzijlvest Water Authority is Noorderzijlvest Water Authority taking a number of formal steps.

On October 4, 2022, the Executive Committee adopted a number of (draft) policy and regulatory documents. These documents are interrelated as part of the process leading up to the implementation of the Environment and Planning Act.

These documents can be viewed online. Interested parties can submit their consultation responses from 6 October to 17 November.
