You can report an incident to us in several ways:

Who can pass something on? 

Anyone who sees something unusual around or in the water in our area can report it. This could include:

  • The water drainage is blocked.
  • The water is too high or too low
  • There is a malfunction at a pumping station, bridge, or lock.
  • You see a discharge into the water that may be illegal.
  • Pollution on the water such as blue-green algae, floating layers, water pennywort
  • Damage to a pumping station or weir
  • Damage to quay or dike
  • Sick or dead (aquatic) animals
  • A muskrat or coypu
