Join the board: Learn how the water authority works

Noorderzijlvest Water Authority is organising information evenings on 6 or 13 May for anyone interested in learning more about the role of a member of the Board of Directors of a water authority. The meeting will take place from 19:30 to 21:00 at the Water-authority office at Stedumermaar 1 in Groningen. Would you like to attend? Information evenings 

During these evenings:  

  • you'll learn more about the work of the water authority;
  • we will discuss the challenges faced by the water authority ;
  • You'll take part in a democracy game, in which you'll serve on a fictional board. 

With these meetings, Noorderzijlvest Water Authority aims to prepare interested people for a potential board role in the best possible way, and to contribute to a transparent and accessible election process.
