Newsletter on sewage sludge from Garmerwolde

Wastewater is treated at the Garmerwolde wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). After treatment, sewage sludge remains as a residual product. In 2021, the Noorderzijlvest Water Authority commissioned a study into how the transfer and disposal of this sewage sludge can be carried out in a sustainable, reliable, and efficient manner. This newsletter will keep you informed of the progress.
