When should I call the emergency service?

Call a drain cleaning service. You will be responsible for the costs.

The malfunction or blockage is in the IBA.

Call the service number. The IBA administrator is then responsible. The service department will resolve any reported malfunction within 24 hours, 7 days a week. The service number is located on the control box of your IBA and can also be found below.
