When should I call the emergency service?

Call a drain cleaning service. You will be responsible for the costs.

The incident blockage is in the IBA.

Call the emergency number. The IBA administrator will then take responsibility. The emergency service will resolve any reported incident 24 hours, 7 days a week. The emergency number is listed on the control box of your IBA and can also be found below.
