Permit check
All the regulations of Dutch government authorities are published on the Environment and Planning Act Digital System in the Environment and Planning Portal.
Permit check
On the Environment and Planning Portal, you perform a 'permit check' first before you actually submit a notification or apply for a permit.
It starts on the map
In the Environment and Planning Portal you draw the location of the activity on the map as accurately as possible.
- You indicate your possible plan, initiative, or activity for this place.
- You will receive questions from one or more government authorities to determine whether you need to submit a notification or apply for a permit.
- You may not need permission at all.
Tip: Are you searching by address? Mark the location as precisely as possible on the plot. The larger the area, the greater the chance that you will have to answer more questions from more authorities involved.
Applications
After performing the permit check, you can immediately submit a notification or apply for a permit. Make sure you are logged in: the Environment and Planning Portal will remember all the information you entered.
