Permit check
All regulations issued by Dutch authorities are published via the Digital System for the Environment Act in the Environment Portal.
License check
At the Omgevingsloket, you first perform a 'permit check' before you actually submit a notification or apply for a permit.
It starts on the map
In the Omgevingsloket, mark the location of the activity on the map as accurately as possible.
- You indicate what your possible plan, initiative, or activity is for this place.
- You will receive questions from one or more government agencies to determine whether you need to submit a notification or apply for a permit.
- It may also be that you do not need permission.
Tip: Are you searching by address? Then mark the location as precisely as possible within the plot. The larger the area, the greater the chance that you will have to answer more questions from more authorities involved.
Applications
After performing the permit check, you can immediately submit a notification or apply for a permit. Make sure you are logged in: The Omgevingsloket will then remember all the information you have entered.
