What is Alienation of Real Property?

The alienation of immovable property refers to, for example, sale, leasing, letting, commissioning, and/or the establishment of rights in rem.

  • When disposing of immovable property, the water board must observe the general principles of good governance.
  • We are therefore open and transparent when it comes to divestment. Because we believe that all interested parties should have equal opportunities.
