Former Hoogkerk wastewater treatment plant demolished
This morning, our former wastewater treatment plant in Hoogkerk was peacefully vacated by the last squatters, and the formal transfer took place.
Space for materials and equipment
Demolition began immediately, as agreed in advance. First, asbestos was removed. Then the actual demolition of the building was carried out. After clearing the site, it will be levelled and left to settle. That will take up six months. After that, the site will be made suitable for storing materials and equipment. We will need a place for that when we start renovating and expanding our workshop in Onderdendam early next year.
