For many activities in the vicinity of dykes, water, and groundwater, you need a permit or you have to submit a notification. On the Environment and Planning Portal, you can apply for a permit for all kinds of activities in, on, above, or near dykes, watercourses, groundwater, and surface-water systems. Make sure you mark the location of the work as accurately as possible.
